By participating, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Promoter, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
1. The winner must stay within 7 miles of a Home Hardware (Scotland) Ltd store or be able to travel to the store to collect the prize if you win.
2. The winner may be asked to participate in marketing including having their photo taken with the prize, for use on our Social Media pages, our website, in the participating Home Hardware shops and for use on other promotional material. These details will remain stored after the End Date.
3. The winners name will be available on request and will be published on Home Hardware Social Media pages, our website and in the participating Home Hardware shops.
4. This prize giveaway is open to residents of the UK only with a local Home Hardware (Scotland) Ltd store and must be aged 18 years or older. Employees and relatives of Home Hardware (Scotland) Ltd or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion are exempt from entering.
5. 1 prize to be won between all participating Home Hardware (Scotland) Ltd shops.
6. The prize giveaway is free to enter. Entries can be made by following the steps provided on the social media post or website. Only one entry per person is permitted per competition.
7. Winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received. Winners will be initially notified through the platform they entered (for example Facebook, Twitter or via email if entered on website) within 14 days of the competition end date. In the event that a selected winner does not claim the prize within 28 days, the Promoter will select a new winner from remaining entries.
8. There is no cash alternative for any prize(s). The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize in whole or in part with another prize of comparable value if the intended prize(s) is not available for reasons outside the reasonable control of the Promoter.
9. Home Hardware (Scotland) Ltd reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this prize giveaway in wholly exceptional circumstances outside its control.
10. I give consent for Home Hardware Scotland to hold my details in order to choose a winner. Your details will not remain stored after the competition has ended and a winner has been chosen unless you have ticked an opt-in box on entry to receive marketing from us. If you have, your details will be used in accordance with the information given when you ticked the opt-in box and gave your consent.
