Ingredients

Butter 250g
Chocolate 150g
Ground Cinnamon 5g
Flour 125g

Vanilla 5g
Sugar 225g
Eggs x 4
Mixed Nuts 75g (optional)

Step 1

Melt the chocolate in a saucepan over a low heat.

Step 2

Cut the butter into small pieces and add into the saucepan, mix well.

Step 3

In a seperate bowl, beat the eggs and add the sugar.

Step 4

Pour the chocolate from the saucepan into the bowl, adding the cinnamon and vanilla. Mix well.

Step 5

Pour the mixture into a mould. Spread over nuts (optional.)

Step 6

Bake at 180°C for 25-30* minutes. Adjust time and temperature for fan ovens.

Step 7

Remove from oven and allow to cool, cut into pieces and enjoy!
